Mall Security on Segways

So this past weekend after leaving the theatre at the local mall, I saw a security guard patrolling around the doors on a segway! So if your a kid planning on sneaking into an R rated movie, or someone hoping to record a new movie, WATCH OUT, the security guards have segways. Actually I had to try really hard to not laugh while walking by, and was able to get the photo below while walking away. I'm not against segways, they seem like a lot of fun to use, but seeing law enforcement using this just looked ridiculous.

Well maybe this is old news for some of you, but I thought there might be some that haven't been able to see this spectacle yet! Maybe in 10 years you we will think if funny for security to not be using segways. I sure hope this isn't the case. More ridiculousness on segways for security here: Capital Segway.
