One or Two Spaces after a Period?

I'm one of those weird people who put two spaces after a period before starting the next sentence. This just makes the most sense since it separates one sentence from the next a little more noticeable than with just one space. I know I'm not alone! Weigh in on the poll on my blog (on the right bar).
